Home Doctor & Telehealth Across Perth, Rockingham and Mandurah
Perth Home GP brings after hours home visits and daytime GP visits to more than 320 suburbs across the Perth metropolitan area, Rockingham and Mandurah, plus telehealth Australia-wide. Search your suburb below to check home-visit cover.
Do we cover your suburb for home visits?
Type your suburb and we'll check it against every area our GPs visit at home.
Can't see your suburb? Our telehealth service is available Australia-wide, day and night. Call 1300 815 321 to book.
Our FRACGP-qualified GPs travel across the whole metropolitan area, from Joondalup and Wanneroo in the north, through the Perth CBD and western suburbs, east to Midland and the Kalamunda hills, and south through Fremantle, Cockburn and Armadale to Rockingham, Baldivis and Mandurah. This page lists every suburb we service, grouped by region.
Home visit availability can vary by suburb and time of day. When you call, our team confirms availability for your address and gives you an arrival window. Telehealth is available across Australia, every day, with bulk billing for eligible patients.
North of the river: Joondalup and the northern suburbs
From Joondalup and the Wanneroo growth corridor down through the coastal strip (Burns Beach, Hillarys, Sorrento, Scarborough), our GPs make home visits day and night across Perth's north. If you'd otherwise be weighing up a late trip to Joondalup Health Campus for something that isn't an emergency, a GP can often come to you instead.
The city, western suburbs and inner south
We cover the Perth CBD and its surrounds, from Mount Lawley and Subiaco through the western suburbs to Cottesloe, and across the river to South Perth and Victoria Park. City living doesn't always mean easy GP access, especially after hours, and our doctors bring the consult to your door.
Midland, the Swan Valley and the hills
Our eastern coverage runs from Belmont and the airport suburbs out through Midland (home to St John of God Midland Public Hospital) and up into the Swan Valley, Ellenbrook and the growing north-east. We also visit the hills communities of Kalamunda, Lesmurdie and Gooseberry Hill.
Fremantle to Kwinana, along the coast
From Fremantle and the Melville riverside suburbs through Cockburn to Kwinana, our GPs make home visits across the south-west, day and night. Fiona Stanley Hospital and St John of God Murdoch cover the area's emergencies; for the illnesses and injuries that don't need a hospital, a GP can come to you at home, or see you by telehealth.
Canning Vale to Armadale and Kelmscott
We service the Canning River suburbs (Willetton, Riverton, Shelley) through Thornlie, Gosnells and Maddington to Armadale and Kelmscott. For conditions that need a GP rather than a visit to Armadale Health Service, we come to you.
Rockingham, Baldivis and the southern suburbs
We visit homes from Safety Bay and Shoalwater through Waikiki and Warnbro to Baldivis, Secret Harbour and Golden Bay, day and night, seven days. The area is served by Rockingham General Hospital, and if you don't have a medical emergency and you're looking for an alternative to going to hospital, a GP can often come to you instead.
Mandurah, Halls Head and the Peel region
Our southern-most coverage takes in Mandurah and the Peel region: Halls Head, Falcon and Dawesville along the coast, Meadow Springs and Lakelands to the north, and Greenfields and Coodanup around Peel Health Campus. GP home visits and telehealth are available here just as they are in metropolitan Perth.

FAQs
Yes. Our telehealth service is available to patients located anywhere in Australia, and we have telehealth GPs working day and night, seven days a week. If a home visit isn’t available for your address, a telehealth consult with a Perth GP is almost always an option.
To book, please call us on 1300 815 321.
Yes, our GPs undertake home visits after hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays. In the event we don’t have a GP available for a home visit, there’s a good chance we can undertake a telehealth consultation instead.
To book, please call us on 1300 815 321.
Most patients are visited within three hours of booking. When you book, our team gives you a provisional estimate of when the GP will arrive; once the GP has organised their list for the shift, they’ll send a more accurate Estimated Arrival Time (ETA).
Providing care on the road can be unpredictable, so if that ETA turns out to be later than the estimate we gave you at booking, you’re free to cancel without paying. For any life-threatening emergency, always call 000.
No. Home visits are privately billed, with Medicare rebates available.
Telehealth, however, is bulk billed in several cases: once you’ve had a home visit with Perth Home GP you’re eligible for bulk billed telehealth for the next 12 months, and we also bulk bill telehealth for children under 1 and for any patient with an urgent issue after 11pm. You can learn more on our telehealth page.
Not all, but many. We bulk bill telehealth for every patient for 12 months after they’ve had a home visit with us, and in addition we bulk bill telehealth for children under 1 and for any patient with an urgent issue after 11pm. Medicare rebates are available for other telehealth consults.
Full details are on our telehealth page.
