Dr Patten always gives good service. Best thing I ever did was to join this service. Dr Patten is always very thorough, never rushes the appointment. Would not go back to the old system.

I was concerned about my little boy who had been poorly throughout the day. I called the after hours GP close to midnight and they were prompt, reassuring and helped put my mind at rest, completing an assessment of my child via a Telehealth consultation. Without this service I would have likely taken my child to the already over stretched emergency department to be seen. I highly recommend this service.

Absolutely amazing. I am so grateful to find the home visit doctors online. I have made bookings for next day to see my mum as she is not very mobile and old. The booking process was easy. Dr Michael Patton is the most knowledgeable doctor I have ever seen.. And I was impressed. What a huge difference to GP we went before with my mum. He checked on her, discussed options I have to help her. So knowledgeable, top professional. I cannot praise him enough for his highly professional approach. The most important for me was his advice what I can next. Needless to say Dr Michael Patton is the legend in they way he treat patients and patient's family member.

I am so thankful for this amazing service. Caring for a client with Dementia starts to become quite a challenge, with transporting to GP appointments, especially when the client is unwell and starts to have problems with mobility. I decided to call Perth Home GP last week. The receptionist Judy was very helpful and really nice to talk to, she called me back to confirm Dr Mike was available to visit. Dr Mike has now visited twice and has followed up on our clients well being, with a tele health appointment. He was very thorough and ordered some blood test to be done with Saturn Pathology, they are also a home visiting blood collection service, in Perth. I have decided to register for future home visits with Perth Home GP. This will enable us to care for our client at home for as long as possible, with support from Dr Mike and Dr Sarah and their lovely nurses. Many Thanks, Tammy

Great service on offer with prompt arrival/care, a lovely Dr and Dr's assistant. 1000x more appreciated as after hours on a Friday would mean a trip to the ED (current 10h wait times) or more likely not seeing a Dr at all.

Perth Home GP provided an excellent service. Great communication, so I knew exactly what would happen. Text to let me know just before they arrived. This is the first time I've used Perth Home GP and it was a positive experience. Both the Doctor and Nurse explained what they were doing and why and my mother understood what was happening. Both were very nice and helpful. If you need a home visit from a GP then I whole heartedly recommend Perth Home GP.

I am new to Perth Home GP but I am loving the service. I have mobility issues so it is way easier to have a doctor come to me! Medical care these days is very expensive, especially with most practices stopping bulk billing so in comparison, Home GP fees are quite good once you get the Medicare rebate back. I see Dr Mike Patten and he is great, very knowledgeable and thorough which is really good seeing I have quite complex and chronic medical issues. He doesn't dismiss my concerns like some doctors have in the past. Highly recommend.

Perth HOME GP is a great service . You get a lot more time with the Dr than with a normal GP. You pay more for the home visit but it's well worth it. Dr Mike Patton is great!

It is a great service when impossible to reach a GP during day hours. I was home alone with three children sick so it was the only option for me. The doctor came on time with a trainee nurse. They made a mistake with the billing and when pointed out they fixed it promptly.

Detailed exam and diagnosis at home visit was so welcome. I was too sick to go to a doctor and not quite sick enough to go to hospital. Started me off on required medications and wrote required scripts with instructions. I felt safe and listened to.

Ravi is an excellent doctor. Hope he comes every time we use this service. From the time I called it was about 2 hours before Ravi and his assistant arrived. In my experience this is excellent for an after hours GP. Will definitely be my first choice when using after hours doctor services going forward.
