Regular Care means having a lead GP, supported by a wider team of GPs who are your ongoing primary care providers. This approach offers continuity, a deeper understanding of your medical history and care that's more flexible and accessible than a traditional clinic. You'll receive support through a mix of home visits and telehealth, tailored to your needs.

Our GPs provide full GP services:
- Management of acute and chronic health conditions
- Prescriptions and medication reviews
- Specialist referrals
- Health assessments and care plans
- Everything else a GP clinic can do (with only a few exceptions such as minor surgeries).
* Perth Home GP does not provide Regular Care within Residential Aged Care Facilities, as these facilities have their own GPs. However, we can attend for one-off visits when required.
