Cat Adams

Cat is the Communications & Partnerships Lead at Perth Home GP, helping patients, families and healthcare professionals better understand and access GP care at home.

With more than 12 years in communications, digital strategy and brand, she creates the guides, resources and everyday information that help patients and carers work out what support is available and how to access it.

She also builds partnerships with GPs, allied health professionals, hospitals, support coordinators, disability and aged care providers, and community organisations. Cat’s focus is about strengthening connections across the healthcare system and helping more people access high-quality, comprehensive care at home.
